Our Story
Our journey began in 2017 with the establishment of Enjoyers Skill Development Institution, Dubai, dedicated to enriching the lives of children and young adults through impactful training programs focused on analytical, creative, and soft skills. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we embraced the transition to online platforms, expanding our offerings to include advanced courses and workshops for youth, young professionals, parents, and educators.
These programs cover areas such as young entrepreneurship, design thinking, digital literacy, personal branding,train-the-trainer initiatives, mindful living, positive parenting, and gamestorming exercises—empowering individuals and communities with essential 21st-century skills to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
As parents, we understand the challenges of raising children in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world. To address the challenges posed by rapid advancements in technology, AI, and automation, we developed Integrated Skills—a transformative program designed to bridge the skills gap while fostering adaptability, creativity, and resilience in young minds.

Integrated Skills is an innovative learning initiative inspired by 21st century skills, designed to promote a comprehensive cycle of life skill development courses through an integrated program. Its purpose is to empower children and youth to master three essential success skills. Each level features over 100 engaging activities, interactive games, and practical worksheets, offering an exciting, hands-on learning experience. Through this program, learners not only acquire valuable knowledge but also develop the practical skills essential to thrive in an ever-evolving world—preparing them for success in both personal and professional spheres where technology, innovation, collaboration, and applied expertise shape the future.

About the Founder
Payel Basu is an education entrepreneur and life skills coach, passionate about empowering children, young adults, and young professionals with practical skills and knowledge that create real value and enhance future employability.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, and a Master’s in Business Administration from MDI Gurgaon and EACP–EAP European School of Business, Paris. She is also a certified NLP practitioner (accredited by CPD, UK) and holds a Senior Diploma in Fine Arts from the All India Fine Arts Association.
With over two decades of experience, she has worked as a techno-commercial professional with public and private organizations across India, Oman, and the UAE. Her work has contributed to meaningful on-the-job training for young professionals and staff, focusing on both technical and managerial development in corporate and field settings. In recent years, she has dedicated her efforts to skill development coaching, designing and delivering comprehensive 21st-century training programs.
